Born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay, Javier Prusky is a Russian JewSpanic.
When his mom fell in love, they relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he finished his secondary education. Prior to heading to college, he trained at The Company Acting Studio in Atlanta for three years.
Javier wanted to be an actor since the age of three, but he wanted to pursue university studies and learn the technique of acting before pursuing it professionally.
A 2016 graduate from Syracuse University with a BFA in Acting, Javier had many grateful opportunities to develop his craft. He went to clown school in Paris, France to study under the well-renowned Philippe Gaulier. He studied Shakespeare and classical text at The Globe Theatre in London, UK, and studied On-Camera Technique at The Actor’s Space in Barcelona, Spain. He has had the opportunity to study and work in both LA and NYC through Syracuse University.
In 2016, Javier has made his first appearances in TV in Daytime Divas (VH1, Sony), Homicide Hunter (Investigation Discovery), and Fatal Attraction (TV One) as well as two national commercials and one international commercial. He also has worked in independent films and web-series, such as Bound, Campus Crimes, and Kaleidoscope.
In 2017, Javier has continued to make TV appearances for Halt and Catch Fire (AMC), Deadline: Crime with Tamron Hall (NBC Universal, ID), and a new animation series Multiplex 10 as a series regular.
In 2018, his new film Faded and animation series Multiplex 10 continue to win throughout the film festivals worldwide. He has also began doing videos with BuzzFeed.
In 2019, Javier played a Recurring Guest Star in Big Dummy Production's pilot "The Lovelys."
He shares residence in LA and Atlanta.
Beyond acting, Javier enjoys anything involving nature and family. Whether it be hiking, SCUBA Diving, or rappelling, he feels at home with nature. His family, especially his mom, mean everything to him.
